Rescheduling Policy:

• There will be no rescheduling fee if you give at least a 7 day notification and create a reschedule date within 3 months of the original class date. There will, however, be a $50.00 reschedule fee for each occurrence thereafter.

• There will be a $75.00 rescheduling fee for notification of less than 7 days prior to the class date. Reschedule date must be within 3 months of original class date. 

• There will be a $50.00 rescheduling fee for notification of less than 7 days prior to the class date if taking the exam only. Reschedule date must be within 3 months of original exam date.

•  Food Safety Training Academy Reserves the Right to Reschedule a Class with Less than 3 Registrants. 

Class Cancellations by Food Safety Training Academy

When a class is cancelled due to weather or lack of participants, I will make every effort to conveniently place the customer in another class at no additional cost.
